Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the electronic items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Device

  Perform a factory reset to remove all personal data and securely pack the device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and functionality, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
